Hi, I’m Dayshawn Nellon—owner of The Brewed Collective. What started as a small idea during one of the hardest transitions in my life has grown into something much more than a mobile coffee cart. It’s a story of service, resilience, reconnection, and passion—poured into every single cup.

After serving in the military, I found myself searching for purpose in a season of uncertainty. My daughter, with all her brilliance, casually suggested I apply to Starbucks—and that simple moment ended up changing everything. I fell in love with coffee all over again—not just the drink, but the experience. The way it brings people together. The way it slows us down. The way it reminds us that we’re seen.

The Brewed Collective was born from that love—fueled by a desire to bring high-quality, specialty coffee to communities in a more intentional, mobile way. We’re a veteran-owned pop-up espresso bar and coffee experience, focused on creating real moments wherever we go—whether at a wedding, corporate event, market, or private gathering.

We use specialty-grade beans, precise measurements, and barista-crafted techniques to make every cup something worth pausing for. Our syrups are made with care and crafted to highlight each drink’s natural flavor—never overpower it.
